Introduction:

Super Panda World is a 2D Platformer consisting of 5 levels where you play as a young boy in a panda suit who got lost in a spooky forest on Halloween night. Throw toilet paper to guard yourself against ghosts and avoid the malicious pumpkins. You walked and walked and the only way that can get you out of the forest is... collect all the candy on your way. Trick or Treat never dies.

Loved the visuals and asset use of the game! I think the creative use of the art goes a long way in the polish of the game. The movement seems really smooth to me and overall I very much enjoyed the  game!

The achievement was really impressive!! I really love the music and the sprites. The smile of the character was so cute lol. The game is so great. The only suggestion I have is to make the texts a little bigger. But overall a really enjoyable and amazing game!

The drawing of the character as well as the enemy look good. I like the attacking method which seems really funny. I noticed that the game also has a X-box option but I didn't try it. Also,  the game has an achievement system which is out of my expectations. Overall a very enjoyable game with smooth character movement and attacking.

Some suggestions will be for the last level, the player would sometimes born and fall because the plate is moving around. In addition, the pumpkin is not scary enough that makes me unable to identify whether it is friendly or not.

The theme of this game is really great. The sprite of the main character is so cute. The shooting and movement work smoothly. I like the collecting system, but if there are more functions for it, such as changing the weapon, summoning some monsters which can help you or increasing the player speed, this game will be more perfect!

I really like the combination of sound and atmosphere! The shooting sound effects and the responsiveness is really nice here! The only problem is at the last level where you respawn, I died a couple of times because the moving platform wasn't below the starting portal... Everything else was amazing though!

This game was so much fun to play and the sprite animation was so fire for this game. I also really love the smirk that the character gives when it shoots. I would also recommend increasing the size of some of the items since everything is kind of small. But overall really great work guys!!

This game was very well thought out. I appreciate how much effort was probably taken to create such really nice sprites. The story narrative of the game was genius and I like how the game flowed overall. The game was very easy to play except I think some of items could have been a bit larger but I think the game was great.

Your game looks so good! I love the animation, I think it gives the character

personality. Overall it was pretty smooth to play and non-gamer friendly. 

I noticed my character got stretched on level 3 and I'm not sure why. It made me too tall to jump. 

I really like the artwork for this game. The spirits for whatever item, background, or character fit very well, not only in the background story aspect but also it seems like the pixel size is united well so it looks comfortable for me. Also, I like the collecting system, and I believe there can be further functions developed based on that. The player control is smooth, and I enjoy the game very much. 

This game had such a unique storyline to it and I thought the toilet paper was such a cute addition to the halloween theme that you were aiming for.  One thing that could be worked upon is the user interface for collecting candies - I think you can make it bigger but also more exciting and provide feedback to the player that highlights the excitement and incentive to collect them. Overall, I had so much fun playing this game and you all did a wonderful job in developing it/making significant improvements between the play test and the final result!

I think the music choice was pretty good and the art was good as well. I do think though it would make more sense to not allow users to choose their own levels from the start. Also, I think there needs to be a death animation. When you die it just restarts you without showing any sort of animation or anything. Also, some of the UI (like candies collected) is wayyyyy too small to read. Besides that I liked the game though.

I love how simple and fun the story and gameplay is! I especially like how there is extra detail on the sprite for the player where he smirks after he throws the toilet paper. Like what others might have said, I feel that if the UI was made a Halloween themed like for candies collected, instead of white text, perhaps add a sprite of candies and add a counter to it would be more symbolic. Still, I dig the aesthetic of the game as well as the background sounds.

This game is so fun and has a very cute idea driving the story! The player is already very lovable, having an adorable sprite, and the innocent chasing of candy and the throwing of toilet paper really aids the 'young child you want to help' narrative -- I was very careful to make sure not to get hit by any monsters! I would recommend changing the font to match the aesthetic of this game :)

The game is great and having playtested it before, you fixed all the issues during beta testing. The sprite designs are fun and the falling platforms were a really nice touch to the gameplay. The only issue I have is that you can stick to the sides of platforms or walls but overall, the game was great and had nice background music.

I absolutely love the theme and the consistency throughout the entire game. It really enjoyable to look at and play. From the pumpkins to the smirk it was all great. My only issue would be I feel like the game needs maybe just a little bit more in terms of like enemies or that fire toilet paper mechanic you talked about in the presentation. Overall, though the game was fun.

My favorite part about this game is the artistic creativity that it brings in terms of the player and the platforms. It’s really cute and the theme/development is really clean. I think the game could be improved by adding a better UI. I think the Halloween theme is really unique and you guys made it work. 

The character and the Halloween theme of the game is very cute. It was very creative to include toilet paper, ghosts, and pumpkin sprites to fit the mood. Maybe for future, you guys can include more obstacles + enemy to increase the difficulty of the game? But really nice work!!

I really liked how simple and easy-going this game is. The character design and the whole Halloween concept goes so well together. It's one of those games where you would find yourself going to when you're bored and trying to get through time without putting in too much effort. Also loved how the character smirks when he throws the toilet paper.

I like the character sprite, it is really cute, including the level gate for each level. I like the idea on halloween background designs including pumpkins, ghosts. One improvement could be improve the Start and Ending Screen a little bit to make it more related to halloween theme.

I like the cute sprites and the color palette of the environments, they really contribute to the Halloween them! If I were to pick something to improve, I would touch up the UI and fonts a little to make them fit with the halloween theme.

I think that this game had amazing backgrounds and sprites. One suggestion I would make would be to make the mobs look a little angrier! When i first saw the pumpkin I thought he was a bouncing platform, but man I was tricked (very halloween)! Really awesome work everyone! Loved watching the demo in class. 

I really liked the Halloween theme and toilet paper as bullets. the sprites for the character were nicely done too! I think one thing to improve in the future is to make the achievement page more elaborated, such as adding some candies on there instead of plain text, so that it falls into the theme of the game.
